Where to Turn for HelpBeing a caregiver for a person with leukemia or lymphoma can take its toll on you. That is why it is important for you to also take care of your own physical and emotional needs. You are not alone. Other people have experienced, and learned from, many of the same feelings and everyday challenges you are going through now. There is also help available in the form of leukemia and lymphoma support groups, cancer caregiver support groups, non-profit organizations for caregivers, and a variety of online resources. You can access these resources in your community by contacting your local United Way, hospital or cancer treatment centers, or local social service organizations.
